  • Learn how to get pain free and  how to stay pain free with ease
  • Learn how simple tweaks to your day to day can have a massive impact 
  • Get guidance on exactly what you need to do - you just take action
  • have action steps that work and fit in with your life and lifestyle choices
  • receive personalised easy to implement strategies that work
  • We'll ensure you have a choice of options to suit your day to day schedule.

 

We'll do this via:

  • exclusive support and access
  • first week 45 min assessment and strategy call
  • 10 progress and tweak calls 
  • close out call and ongoing management strategy
  • direction, planning, strategy and management with re direct and amendments as required to stay on and hot your target.
  • understanding on how to continue to manage yourself moving forward and the tools you need to do that successfully
  • ongoing support over the 12 weeks as required to ensure you stay on track - either via email, messenger or voxxer
