Is your back sore, achy or stiff in the morning?
It's a common problem we hear from our clients who either have back pain and back pain issues, or they feel they are losing mobility and flexibility as they get older.
Try these basic stretches that can get you moving a little easier.
Do 3 reps of each and go with what feels good to you.
