Many of us find pain or injury or limitations imposed by our body stop us from being able to do what we want. If that's you - you have to decline invites or choose what to do based on how your body feels and what the repercussions may be....

We'll explain why you are where you are right now and what needs to happen to get you where you want to be. We can give you options on how to move forward.

Not everything needs to be you committing to attending sessions once or twice and week for 3 - 6 -12 weeks.

Finding out what direction you need to move forward in can help you heaps, but also finding out what you need to avoid to prevent you going backwards!

We can do assessments only and give you the right advise and guidance if that's all you want - no pressure to commit to ongoing care if that's not your jam.

I'd rather do that than have you doing stuff that may be detrimental!
