Does your body do what you want it to?
Being able to do what we want to do when we want to do it - is what most of us want from our body!
When that isn't happening - there's normally a reason behind it - we haven't been working on ourselves so we lack the strength, fitness or flexibility to do things - and that can be an easy fix - we just start moving again and gradually build up.
But what about when pain or injury are taking centre stage?
That's when you need guidance to get back on track so you can then focus on the strength and fitness.
